and it is based on taking the opinions of people of experience and knowledge in various fields that would work for the advancement of the state and society alike. To improve the livelihood of the parishioners and their intellectual, material and healthy standard, it is also based on taking multiple ideas and arriving at the best solutions and methods that help raise the status of the nation and the state together. [1] Shura is a firm and firm foundation of the foundations of the theory of governance in Islam, and God Almighty has revealed a complete surah In the Qur’an in the name of Shura, there was more than one verse in the Holy Qur’an on the subject of Shura, including what the Almighty said: “Forgive them, forgive them, and consult them on the matter. It originally consisted of two words; The first (Demos), which means general people, and the second word (Kratia), which means rule, and the meaning of democracy is the rule of people for the people, or the rule of the people for the people, an idea that arose in the West to demand justice and freedom in light of the oppression, tyranny and ignorance that prevailed in the West in the Middle Ages. (3) The difference between shura and democracy. The thinker and thinker in each of the two systems finds a big difference between shura and democracy, and this difference appears in the following areas: Source: One of the main differences between shura and democracy is the difference in the source of each of them; Shura is divine Islamic legislation; Where God Almighty commanded His Prophet Muhammad - may prayers and peace be upon him - to consult in the Holy Qur’an, while democracy is a human principle. Where democracy arose as a system to confront the injustice and tyranny that prevailed in Europe in the Middle Ages, then democracy and demands for justice and freedom appeared. [4] Expertise and expertise: This is a fundamental difference between shura and democracy; The principle of Shura is based on taking the opinion of the wise people of specialization, experience and understanding in the various fields, so the subject is raised to the experts who have sufficient knowledge in the required topic to give their opinion on it, address the various opinions and take the most advantage of it to the nation. As for democracy, there is no regard for experience and knowledge, but consideration for the number. And the opinion of the majority, regardless of the competence and validity of their choice or not, what is important is the opinion of the majority. Reference and connection: Shura is an Islamic legal principle that does not deviate from it and does not override its rulings on the pretext of a few or many, so the people of the shura do not deviate from the legal framework derived from the Qur’an, the Sunnah and the objectives of the Sharia, as for democracy, the reference and connection with the majority. The whole consideration is due to the large number and the majority, so there is no connection to a doctrine or Sharia, and no control except the opinion of the majority, which may contradict and contradict from time to time. Perhaps the opinion of the majority today was such, and later on the opinion of the majority will be completely opposite due to the absence of religious and moral reference, and the only connection is the opinion of the majority. Which may be controlled by financial and political corruption, or even the multiple moods of the demagogic public opinion that is not controlled by experience or knowledge. [5] The importance of the Shura Council is of great and great importance in the lives of all nations and peoples, and that any nation or state seeks good, righteousness, prosperity, and success in this world and the hereafter. She seeks justice, equality, pride, honor and dignity, and she loves to enjoy security, safety, stability, tranquility and prosperity, and seeks to prevent and prevent injustice and prevent oppression, oppression and tyranny. Because with the consolidation of the principle of the Shura Council, facts are discovered, falsehood and blindness are evidenced, righteousness appears and opinion is correct, efforts are joined together, responsibilities are distributed, and the nation’s strength and thorns are strengthened. Sincerity and eagerness, hands are intertwined and efforts are combined to solve problems and dilemmas, and through consultation, society reaches what it aspires to in terms of progress, pride, progress and great success in the affairs of the state, the nation and the entire society, in everything related to matters of the world and the hereafter. [6] And through consultation, victory is achieved and hearts are embraced, and the people of the Shura meet and the people of truth to rise to the homelands and build their countries and please their Lord, the Blessed and Exalted be He. Shura is considered one of the most important characteristics of the Islamic system of government. Shura is divine legislation, and it is one of the attributes of the believers committed to obeying God, the monotheists who have struggled themselves before they strive against their enemies, so there is no victory over an external enemy before arranging the inner ranks, and it is a divine law for those who want to build this land in order to achieve the succession that God Almighty wanted, so that they do not cling to the Shura. Except for those who responded to God, the Holy King, [7] the Almighty said: (And those who responded to their Lord and established the prayers and their command is a consultation between them and the blessings of Islam are among them. God Almighty described His believing servants that they responded to their Lord, the Exalted, the Majestic, performed the prayers, and performed the zakat that was imposed on them, and their approach was based on shura. The context of the text in the noble verse says: (And their command is a consultation among them.) [9] The mediation of prayer and zakat came to indicate the necessity of continuing with the shura, just as continuing prayer and zakat is an obligation and duty, so continuing to pray and zakat is also obligatory and obligatory.

[10] It is also clear through this noble verse that Islam is not limited to dynamic acts of worship, such as prayer and zakat, with the great merit of these acts of worship and their importance. Adherence to zakat, prayer and fasting leads to adherence to Islam and adherence to the Shura Council as a doctrine, Sharia and a way of life. What is the meaning, and Islam does not have a force majeure that limits freedoms and suppresses them, or denies people their right to express their opinion regarding the affairs of their state and nation, pursue its affairs, and participate in everything that would advance and advance it. Do you know the meaning of this word, originally Greek? You must know it because it is the first reason for the people to rule! :
